Zygote Press residency

A two week residency via the annual Zygote Press open call. The studio selects just two artists each year via this call so it was a real privilege to be chosen and to work in the studio. I used the opportunity to work on a third iteration of the landscape series I've been developing over the past year. The series is a way to represent the experience of being in a landscape for an extended period of time, incorporating automatic writing, oral histories, conversations and photographs as source material to represent place using text as image.
