'A specimen of broken type at the Bodleian Bibliographical Press, University of Oxford'

Made whilst printer-in-residence at Bodleian Libraries, University of Oxford, 'Curses' makes use of the broken sorts of 60pt Caslon italic type in the press room. With each page turn, the letters move around the sheet, overprinting onto one another with successive pages. With thanks to Andrew Honey for donating the paper and instigating what will hopefully become a tradition of the printer-in-residence position each year.
