Anew A New
2020

Size: 30cm x 30cm
Edition: 20
Stock: Southbank Smooth 160gsm
Process: Letterpress (including the P22 Blox system)

Created for the Reverting to Type exhibition of contemporary letterpress-printed protest posters, London, 2020/21. Many thanks to New North Press for including my work in the show.

Because the show was 100% about protest, it seemed only right that 100% of the proceeds from the print were donated to a relevant charity. I chose Reclaim, a Manchester-based organisation working "to create a Britain where those from working-class backgrounds are proud of – and not held back by – our roots. We want working-class people to be represented in places where decisions are made about their lives and to be recognised for their talent, strength, and diversity. We want to see working-class young people at the heart of this, in a country that ensures that they are seen, heard, and leading change."
